We therefore require a lot from our present business partners and we only work with producers with the best certifications such as IFS (International Food Standard) and/or BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and which have achieved the highest level of certification/grade A

This will ensure that all our products honour a high level of food safety during the whole production process.

IFS & BRC

IFS and BRC make detailed demands of e.g. company layout, rules of hygiene, training and education and cooling chain and therefore demand a considerably higher level of control and documentation than a HACCP certification.

GLOBAL G.A.P

GLOBAL G.A.P. is a quality standard for safe and sustainable food production. The GLOBAL G.A.P. standard make strong demands to ensure a good fish practice which a certified fish farming must meet. It also makes it possible to trace each single product back to the certified fish farming and production company.

When you hold this kind of certification you will be inspected without any notice. A certification will be made by a independent certification company e.g. Bureau Veritas (www.bureauveritas.dk).

As a responsible company, we also conduct a certification and control with or without any notice several times each year.

This control in combination with modern factories which have an optimal lay-out and technology, ensures a high level of quality and hygiene. This is essential when working with food.
